Filing a notice
Send a notice through our contact page that includes:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on WeWillExplain where the material is located.
- Your contact information (name, email, and mailing address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review valid notices and remove or disable access to the reported content where appropriate, consistent with applicable copyright law.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same contact channel, including similar identifying information and a statement of good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
